The idea behind the Solution Center is to use the community to help resolve hobby issues. This is not a debate section. This is more of a support "How do I" forum.

For example, you want to know how to attach a latch on an acrylic tank. Post it in this section, mark it as "UNSOLVED" then wait for answers. Once you resolve your particular problem, you then mark this thread as "SOLVED". Once thread is marked as "SOLVED" it is automatically closed. Marking it again as "UNSOLVED" re-opens it again and further discussion is then possible.

To mark thread as solved, visit your thread and click on "Thread Tools", then just mark it as SOLVED or UNSOLVED.
