Saw my BriBri male transporting and then depositing a tad yesterday in a brom axil. Quite a rare occurence in captivity I believe and as far as I can find out it pretty much never happens in the wild.

Anyone else seen this in captivity?

Seems a couple more keepers have recorded males transporting - still a pretty rare occurence though. So if it happens with your pumilio let us know.

I believe ChrisK has cought some in the act, I always miss it.
Maybe one day I will catch them transporting, my cristobals are beyond brave, hope I can catch them in the act.
Time will tell.

I will have to pay attention, my last few morph out (all Basti's) have come out with me never seeing a clutch or tranport...hell I didn't even know they had laid, and this is from 2 seperate pairs. I am down to a pair of Drago Colons and RFB Basti's, both of which I hope to see transporting soon and when I do I will add comment.

RFB are my fav Basti morph - def! I have some on reserve but they need to morph from tads first so I'm going to have to be patient!

So far only females transporting, I will keep looking though.

I've seen my male Cristobal transport a couple times. I didn't realize it was such a rare occurence.
