I was just in the frog room...after feeding and paging thru your book for like the 30th time.
Next book.....please number the pics, so that we can reference them easier in correspondence.
and labeling the sex would be great too. That Regina towards the back of the book looks like a very big toed male but...ya know how that goes.
All in all....an Excellent book and a must have. It's small and concise enough to be carried around to places and easily pulled out to show new people. The photos def have that "wow" factor which is essential for displaying many different species quickly to new people or those uninformed about dart frogs in general.
Glossy paper would make the photos pop, but I am sure you considered that already and vetoed it inorder to keep the price down. The pictures are excellent close ups.
I keep making mention of "new people", but this book is great for anyone - aspiring frog room / mulitple species keepers too as there are MANY rare and high-end hobby species included in the book that are otherwise rare to see, live in collections.
Rich,
Please consider a "hardback" I am willing to spend the extra $$$, I reference your 1st book often.
Plus "hardbacks" look better on a coffee table.
Your book is the only one on my coffee table in my living room.
I am such a frog dork.

I also think that glossy paper would make it pop ! Photos are great, but are dulled by the paper...of course this would add to the cost. Perhaps in the next book, have a center section of several glossy pages of eye candy. A bit more variety of frogs would be good too... you may need to visit some other froggers in your area and bring your portable studio.
