I think there are other options, Troy.

Don't over produce and only raise what you think you can retail. I probably raise 30% of what I could. Next year will be even less as I will have more breeders going. Another option is to sell them to a quality pet store. IMO it's a method of conservation. If they have access to CB frogs, that's one less Mantella taken from the wild.

I do agree that i probably should not produce as many as I do, its just hard to for me.(tads die, eggs mold, froglets don't make it etc.) So I just try to produce as many quality frogs as possible. I don't like selling young frogs. Id like the minimum to be 6 months as apposed to 2 OOTW available for purchase. If people really want them at 2 of course id sell them, but id rather wait to know they well established.

I don't know of any Pet Stores in my area that even handle Dart frogs. So I'm not sure how i could go about that, but I'm open to any suggestions.

The only wholesaling that I do is to quality dart owners. Not just any joe-shmo, I've only wholesaled to Ron(alpha pro) and Novy(Rainforestjunkys) Naeither of them asked me line of any frogs so I figure they are not line labeling any frogs that they sell.

here is 1 of 4 containers from the last time I wholesaled. each container contains 10, sold each frog for around 18 bucks

there were 9 citronella and 1 Matecho

I think there are a few Tincs you can feel pretty good about, at least they should not be different populations.
Seans True Sips, some of the Green, Blue and Yellow Sips, Matecho, Citronella, Azureus, Powder Blue, with most of these the line does not matter, just the right morph.
