Thanks Josh for coming back.
I'll ask you one simple question and we'll see how you answer.
Have you 100% truthfully replied in all your posts here and on DB, or are there other lieS (BOI reference) within your posts?
How you answer this single question will go a long way as to how I respond in this thread in the future , when I have permission to post facts.
Take your time and think very carefully before you answer.
Rich,
A very important question-and offer indeed.
And I can say that in all honesty, no-I have not been 100% truthful in all of my posts. I will make it a point to be most honest and forthcoming as possible in attempts to squash this mess.
You are right in your assumptions that certain things do not add up and for that I do truly apologize. I was not truthful in that "I have been breeding terribilis for a year."
Acree's group of yellows was my first-so i've got about 6-7 months in with terribs. The individual terrib froglets I have are 4months or less in age, and I do currently have a big group full of (mint, orange, yellow) that I have been raising that are 8-11mo as stated in my ad. (I have not tried selling any 4 month olds as 8 month olds-but I was certainly wrong in saying that I bred all of the ones I had.)
I'm mainly a lurker here and on DB (Thinair), but I live in Austin, Texas and know Rick Acree. When he kept darts (I don't think he does anymore) he would come into the local pet store where I worked and we would talk frogs. He did get the yellow terribilis from Rich Frye if that adds anything to the discussion.

Thanks for the info Carlos. And welcome to posting.....you should do it more.
When I inquired about the Yellow Terribis hours after you posted them for sale, you said that you had sold them. Now you have a large group of them. Do you have them?
David

I do believe Richard Acree got his yellow terribilis from me. That was not really the meat of the matter.
I've had PMs from Josh and hope/feel things have been set straight for the most part.

I hope that's true. Seems there was some sort of deception, but it seems like Josh is a pretty good guy from the way he handled himself in the responses. Maybe we can all get along
I'd appreciate it if you guys didn't dog on Rich and we just let this thread alone, the issues appear to be straightened out and Rich/Me are now on good terms- although I'm certainly very grateful for the support in my regards.
It should be noted that Rich is a great guy, very knowledgeable and genuine. His concern/inquiries came out of good reason and I appreciate him for doing so. It was a bit hard to swallow at first, and I certainly admit to feeling a little bullied in the beginning-but now after speaking with Rich I realize it was all for good reason.
He cares deeply about this hobby, frogs (his line, and others), and fellow hobbyists. He knows a great deal and I hope to continue to learn a great deal from him.
Just to let everyone know, I'm not by any means on "good terms " with Josh Lucas. I just stopped posting for about a year. And I thought he may understand I'd out him again once he reverted back to his same ol' same ol' lies and BS . Didn't stick , I guess.
When my bloodpreasure has gone down to an acceptable level I'll elaborate. Josh has only changed for the worse.
I wonder how those sticking up for him a year ago feel about him now.
