Male Visit Tree Walkers!
Default mating time??

whats up everyone. im fairly new to the dart frog game and have had my azureus for about a year and just got 2 more at the last expo in arlington. i have noticed that since i have gotten my new ones my female has been acting weird and rubbing almost crushing one of my males. is this mating time or showing dominance? thanks for any input you can give..

Sounds like mating behavior to me, my BYH Tinc female rubs the back of my male typically when I see her do that she will lay in a day or two.

Welcome to DF Manny!

Plus it is great to see another Texas frogger!

Sup Manny. Welcome to the frogz... Yup she's trying to get lucky. My female won't leave the male alone for about an hour after they get mistkinged...or after feeding ... or after the lights come on...

You may see him call when she strokes his back, but you may not hear it. Some azureus you can hear, some you can't. Mines a mute ...

Manny, with all of this much needed rain, last night and this morning I would be suprised if you do not find eggs soon.
