If you haven't already, put some shallow dishes of water in their huts. If there are tads in the viv, the will keep them hidden until they have a place to put them.

I have a pond up front... so far 18 unfertile clutches :/

super pig, Vit A plus, Calcium Plus, [< all repashy] and then reptivite...dust every feeding, alternating between them...[which reminds me, i need to get more...]

That sounds like a very good rotation. 18 clutches and no tads sounds crazy! I have no experience with these guys though...

Are you removing the 'infertile' clutches? any pics of them? I can show my house mate, he knows the sp. Well and may be able to give some insight.

I've talked to a few "experts" and they all think it's really weird....they all start fertile. male guards them like a guard dog...lol, then suddenly the eggs go bad and what appears to be dry up [which shouldn't be the case, as im misting 3 times a day, and it's always at 100%] I have gotten 2 tads, but they hatched out too small and died shortly after from being too weak...

Well if you can get any pics for me I will show them to my house mate. Either way I'll try to explain your issue to him as best I can and see if I can't get some advice or direction to solve the issue for you!
