I just put a tank together with a leaf litter substrate. I would like to add springtails into the litter, but I was wondering what they will munch on. Should I throw a little yeast into the mix every once in a while? Thanks

The springs will munch on the leaves as they break down - eventually - but as a good supplement I use a small amount of fish flake under some of the leaves. Try and seed the viv with some tropical woolice too - they are def a good custodian to have in your vivs.
